As you are reading this, I am on my way to Singapore. Clare will be performing Mahler Symphony 8 with the orchestra at The Esplanade Concert Hall. I also have another reason to go back this time, my throat has been feeling very uncomfortable for weeks, since I trusted Singapore's medical system more, I am doing an upper endoscopy to find out what's wrong with my throat, it is very worrisome and I do need your prayers my friend! Thank you!

Have a safe trip & enjoy Clare's playing, Kirsty! I hope they can figure out what to do for your throat, my friend. I'm not usually drawn to yellow, but your card has made me take a second look--oh so gorgeous!
That's a brilliant idea. Yellow, sunflower and any flower actually are always an instant pick-me-up. Beautiful.

Prayers you get, Kirsty. I will pray for your peace, don't worry! I will pray for your health, that the problem will heal quickly and decisively. I will pray that the doctors can easily find out the true cause and prescribe just the right treatment.
The card is lovely as usual. Great pairing of yellow and kraft papers!
Your card is SO beautiful, Kirsty! I love the soft yellows you used. Such pretty papers and they look amazing with the white and kraft accents. Love how you layered the butterfly, too. Such a pretty shabby chic design.
I'm so sorry to hear you've been having health problems, and hope that the doctors are able to give you answers and fix you right up. And enjoy the symphony! Wow, what an achievement!
I like to see sympathy cards that are not too sad-looking and this one is pretty and elegant - the yellow is an unusual choice for the occasion (at least in the UK) but it really works! Poor you about your throat. I hope you get the help you need.
Have a good trip to Singapore! I'll definitely keep you in my prayers. Good luck with your doctor visit.
such wonderful card! Love the yellow papers too
