Here's my take......

I used  MFT Die-Namics Zig Zap stitched rectangle die and cut it with three different colors

in the middle panel, I stamped some fall images from my favorite stamp set MFT Harvest Mouse 

the sentiment is from the same stamp set too....

Spring things includes the beautiful bloom in my backyard....

Spring things also includes Easter Eggs as center piece on the dining table...
