I truly love the ocean.......

I truly love the ocean....

the Pacific Ocean.....

maybe I am a mermaid at heart?

honestly, I could stay here for days and days......

it was so peaceful and beautiful .......

and so relaxing.......

I lived by the Atlantic Ocean before, I feel like the west coast waves have a different rhythm than the east coast waves.....

and they are definitely different in colors....

I truly love the ocean!

............................

Note from HOME:

Clare left 2 days ago, we sent my sister and Jesse to the airport last night, but the flight was canceled, the airline put her at a hotel for a night because by the time the airline finalized the situation, it was already 5 am, they were rebooked on another flight back to Singapore on Thursday, so I am going to pick them up from the hotel and come to my place for another 2 nights....

No time for the craft room yet, so this is one from my photo folder.....

You sound like my sister--she loves the ocean, too. Beautiful pictures, Kirsty! Hope your family makes it safely home--never bad to have a couple more days together! Beautifully crafted card!

I too love the ocean, could stay there forever, but alas, I don't live near one...or near enough to feel like I do. Sorry about travel back to Singapore, bad weather has everyone sitting and waiting. Fortunately my last son will get out today and back to his mil's house tonight! Happy Wednesday and Happy New Year!

I love the ocean, too! And having lived on both coasts, I definitely agree with your sentiments..... somehow the two coasts have a very different feel. :) Enjoy your New Years and your last few moments with family. LOVE your card!

Your card is lovely...

and I really like your pics. I enjoy looking at the ocean too, but I rarely get to see it. Seven (Plus) years ago, we traveled to the West coast, I so loved the ocean there, and seeing the lovely color of BLUE Water.

and, even though, I live on the east coast...It has to be over 25 years since I have last seen the ocean on the East Coast.

Hello Kirsty! So happy you had a house full of loved ones, so good for you and them I'm sure. LOVE seeing your snow pictures below, how gorgeous it is there. We don't have any snow, it's just been raining, not as pretty as snow. Your ocean pictures are beautiful too. YAY for making quick cards to share here and for having a crafty break, always good. Lovely Christmas post dear friend, thank you. Wishing you all the same back to you and your family too.
Happy New Years a little early!! Looking forward to seeing what you do next year. Love and hugs!
