San Francisco here I come......

I have been playing host since my girlfriend got here on May 31, our last stop is San Francisco, and then I am so ready to have a break from my summer break..... LOL!

Just a few photos to share from our past weeks....

Albuquerque..... new restaurant for this trip....

Aspen tree has a special place in my heart, so how could I not snap a photo when I see those in Santa Fe

this is my 3rd time to Santa Fe, I never miss Loretto Chapel every single trip, in fact, both of our trip, we stayed at Loretto Hotel just right next to the Chapel

all the blessing.........

the South Western colors is only one of the reason I love Albuquerque and Santa Fe

the architecture is the other reason

that one afternoon, I sat at the plaza alone just to watch passes by as my girlfriend is busy shopping, my husband resting in the hotel after long hours of driving, I do enjoy some quiet lone time with me

Tecolote... my favorite breakfast place in Santa Fe

owl, owl everywhere

but none beat my favorite breakfast Huevos Yucatecos, yum yum....

I really love playing with my photos a bit when I get home after SF, but for now, just straight from the oven camera... : )

LESSolgy Challenge #15 - Bookend

Hi all, I know I was gone all week, got home last night at 10 PM and was so tired, went to bed right away, well, guess I get some my energy back from sleeping for almost 11 hours straight ..... : )

Alright, I am late for posting my project for LESSolgy Challenge #15 - Bookend

Don't throw away your empty candy can....

I used black acrylic paint all over

and then the old book pages from HERE (LESSology challenge #1) to create my New York City Skyline

here's my bookend...... guess you know by now who is my favorite author, LOL!

I actually have a story behind this bookend too. When my husband and I were at the beginning stage of our dating, he drove me home one night back to Manhattan after having dinner at Edgewater, New Jersey. In between Manhattan and Edgewater is the Hudson river, that night, we saw a huge full moon hanging just right above the Hudson, and I remember the radio in the car was playing Christopher Cross's "Arthur's Theme", the line sings..... If you get caught between the moon and New York City, the best that you can do, the best that you can do.... is fall in love....... I guess we were caught between the moon and New York City that night : )

Please hop over to LESSology to see all the beautiful projects of our team and I hope you play along too!

City Crafter Challenge Blog week 112 ~ Coppelia

When I lived in Manhattan, my apartment was on west 57th street, just a few blocks away from Lincoln Center, where there stood The Metropolitan Opera House, Avery Fisher Hall and The New York City Ballet I spent lots of time there. One of my favorite ballet is Coppélia, story of Die Puppe (The Doll) and was premiered May 1870.
I is my turn to host at City Crafter Challenge Blog this week, I thought the Ballerina would be a pretty theme to have this week's challenge

my project is an accordion mini album

called "You & Me"

I hope you could join us this week as we have a wonderful sponsor Digital Paper Shop. As you can see, all the lovely ballerina images are from there
