Pray for Las Vegas and NBUS ##12

Thanks to those who has been asking, yes, here in Las Vegas, we are in a sad mood now.

Pray for Las Vegas

A city that I called home for the past 7 years.
DH and I go to the strip often, to eat, to play poker, and show friends around when they come visit, we were lucky that we were not at that particular casino that night, we supposed to meet up with friends to have dinner at the SLS casino, arrived there and found out that the went to a wrong location, so we drove to China Town to meet them instead, and then sent them back to their hotel at The Palms, these friends are from San Francisco, they come to Vegas often, and they stayed at those hotel on the strip every single time except this time, they decided to try out the service apartment at The Palms, whew...... however, everyone here is with a heavy heart though, school were let out early, and people were donating blood and bring supplies like water, sneak and blanket to the convention center for the families who flew here to find their loved ones. Once again,.......
pray for Las Vegas!

........................................................

When I see the NBUS challenge #12 at Darnell's blog, I just had to play along, look at my piles of NBUS....

and this is only a small portion, the new NBUS, LOL! I don't have the guts to dig into my craft storage yet! : 0

Christmas is on the way, I feel like I need to start working on those holiday cards....

the patterned paper is a book of 12x12 Christmas collection I bought long time ago when Michaels had them for $5

the Christmas tree die and stamp, sentiment die, they are all my NBUS from Lil'inker designs

I believe it was their Christmas release two years ago.

now all I need to do is to make 10 or 20 of them.....

I believe you have lots of NBUS too, why don't you come join in the fun at....

First, and most important of all, Kirsty, I'm so glad to hear that you and your friends were not involved in the insane massacre. I'm sure there are many, many stories of people who avoided it for one reason or another and who's lives were saved. We are grateful for those miracles, but so sad for all who were killed or injured. They and Las Vegas and its citizens are in our thoughts and prayers.

I'm happy that you were able to be distracted by my NBUS Challenge and, girlfriend, you sure could use a year-round NBUS Challenge!! Thank you for sharing your photo! That made me (and I bet others!) feel so much better about my own Mountain here, haha! You did a great job using some of it from two years ago for your pretty Christmas card! I love the patterned background behind your beautiful tree and "Believe" word die. Love that font! Thank you so much for playing in my NBUS Challenge #12! Please take care! Hugs, Darnell

Ever so glad to hear you are safe and your friends are safe. I have been and will continue to pray for the victims of this terrible crime.

I, too, am glad the NBUS challenge is distracting you. Especially because your card is adorable. It looks like one you could replicate 10-20 times too! Great design.
