Project 2014 ~ May 1 to 16

Project Life 2014

I am using Becky Higgins Polka Dot Party Edition for my PL spread in MAY!

May 2

Papi went back to the vet to take out the stitches today, just look at this boy, he was all spoiled and leaning on me on the way back.

May 3

I am finally able to walk and bath Papi today, I usually bath him once a week, 10 days is a long time for both of us. Yikes! : (

May 4

I often dream that I could fly, last night I had another dream like that, and the weird thing is that when I am awake, I actually have the thought of spreading out my wings  arms and try to see if I could really fly, you think I am nuts????? LOL! Do you have weird dreams like that or have weird thoughts?

May 5

Today we went to The Linq, Las Vegas latest spot for a walk, took a photo of the High Roller, we might ride it someday soon!

and a quote to share and keep

Do not let the behavior of others destroy your inner peace

~ Dalai Lama

May 7

My friends and I went for a hike at Mary Jane Fall today, it was a fun outing and we laugh a lot

May 11

We celebrate Mother's Day with the Singapore group at Ronald's house today, I bake a Brooklyn Blackout cake for the occasion and everyone loves it!

May 12

I play my very first Poker tournament and came in 2nd today, it was a small tournament but still... quite an achievement for me considered I only learn how to play poker less than a  year ago.

May 13

We ride the High Roller with Anna and Moses today, the view up there is AMAZING!!!!

May 14

My baby girl turned 19 today.
Happy Birthday Dolce!!!

May 16

Today is Day 1 of my "NO SUGAR" diet, it was a little hard but not too bad! You'll never know how much sugar intake you had until you cannot have it, like my morning green tea without honey, and then I like to drink ginger tea after lunch, and few times today I had to skip munching on something I see in the kitchen counter, like candies, cookies etc.

Alright, that's first half of May, more coming when I can find a slot here. I will be back tomorrow for a new project at City Crafter Challenge Blog.

...........................

We went to Jerry Lewis last night, it was just ok, I don't get why he still want to have a show where he was just showing lots of clips at the live theatre.

Your PL is beautiful and you are keeping up so nicely too. The photo of you and Papi had me remembering the days when you didn't want a pet because you were traveling so much. YOu have come a long way since then.

I am loving your PL album, my friend! Such a fun recap of your adventures and really beautiful and simple pages!
Yeah...I am thinking that a Jerry Lewis show might not be too exciting anymore...surprised he's still doing them..
