Our Beautiful World Week 29 ~ Shadows

This week at

The word is

SHADOWS

{Photo edited with Picmonkey}

Back in July when there was a wild fire burning on Mt. Charleston, for a few days, this is what we saw when we look out of the window.

the sky was covered with smoke and the sun looked bright red, this is not the evening sun...

and then we decided to drive to Pahrump for a closer look at the mountain fire.

on the way there, we caught some shadows of US!

and we stopped by Pahrump Vally Winery for dinner that evening

and managed to catch a few more shadows on the dining table too...

so you can see..... I am really having fun with the SHADOWS, are you?

I'm sure that was a bittersweet day watching the damage from the fire, but you truly got some wonderful photos and got to spend a fun day with your sweetie. Looks like such a beautiful spot to have dinner at. Love the word prompt this week. I'm sitting here wracking my brain to think if I have any cool shadow photos like this. I really need to think about capturing more!
