Create from the heart

I hope you, my blog friends have a wonderful Christmas!

Today's layout was inspired by the following

ScrapAfrica challenge #12 - film strip

and

If I create from the heart

nearly everything works;

I used lots of gesso and old dictionary pages to create the background

and a lot of scrap from my scrap jars, where I keep all the stuff that was intended for some other projects but didn't turn out well, e.g. the floral frame, the arrows, the kraft frame and half of the doily from prima packaging

I like the way you used the newspaper in the background. The color scheme is very cleverly chosen.
Happy 2013, Andrea

By the way, I also participated in the challenge, have a look at my blog and if you like, become a memeber http://paperscrapsandscissors.blogspot.com/
