Project Life ~ November 1 to 30

I finally get my act together and work on my Project Life for November and December, so here you go.........

Project Life

November 3
November is just the everyday thing, nothing exciting, but I did find time today to make some Kuih Pie Tee....

Kuih Pie Tee is a thin and crispy pastry tart shell filled with a spicy, sweet mixture of thinly sliced vegetables and shrimps. It is a popular Peranakan dish in Singapore.

I bought this Kuih Pie Tee mould last July when I was in Singapore.

it is quite time consuming though, these little pastry tart shell has to be made one at a time...

I cook the vegetable, shrimps and egg before I make the pastry tart shell, filled them up and they taste yummy, Papi agrees too......

November 4
It has been raining a lot in Vegas lately, the weather is either cloudy or rainy, so not like Vegas!

November 6
My neck and shoulders were hurting for a few days now, DH bought me a spa session at The Venetian, ahhhh..... feel so blessed.

November 12
I finally got myself a pair of glasses, I have been seeing this new eye doctor since August 3, and couldn't get my contact lens work, tried so many new pairs and it keeps breaking, and then I have to go back to the doctor, wait for my new order to come in etc..... a lot of time I have to struggled with blurry vision, getting new glasses is like ahhhhh.........

November 24
Today DH went to the dog park with us...... it was fun!
It was a little cold so Papi put on his new sweater.....

November 26
Today is Thanksgiving day, it is the first time we have no kids at home, just the two of us!
We didn't do anything big or special, just like any other day.

November 28
We went to Home Depot to get some new ornaments for our front porch as well as new lighting

November 29
Clare, Jared and their friends Catherine and Jonathan went camping at Utah, they stopped for a night on their way back to LA, as requested by Clare, we always have Korean BBQ when they came back.

November30
The kids left early this morning.....
