Project Life 2015 ~ September 1 to 5 (Mary Jane Fall)

Project Life 2015

September 1
Dolce went back to NYC for school today, she is very attached to Papi and we have to do a lot of facetime - Papi and Dolce, as she missed him badly.

September 4
I had lunch with my friends Nancy and Bee Lee, it is always fun to eat and chat with these girls.

September 5
Today we took Papi to Mt. Charleston and hike the Mary Jane Fall.

he was all excited on our way there.....

checking out friends ....

checking out the height.....

the last time I hiked Mary Jane Fall was in May, it still had snow on our way up

this time of the year, the water all dried up..... and it took us nearly two an a half hour just to go up to the fall, and it was tedious, maybe we are old! : (

oh no, the young puppy is tired too, he refused to walk on our way down

"NO, I am tied" said Papi

"No, pick me up mom, please......."

"Dad, I really need to take a break, let's sit for a while"

it was tired, all three of us, but it was fun

"and TIRED"

"Wake me up when we get home"

Since this post is photo heavy, I am going to leave the rest of September project Life to another post, thanks for reading!

What a fun post ... You are going to have to get a stroller for Papi!! I guess those rocks would hurt his feet?

So happy to see your PL today!! I like how you used this page protector too, this one is hard for me and I try not to use it but yours looks great! So cute is Papi, think all that climbing would make me tired too.

Have you thought about your PL for next year? Keeping it the same or changing it? I've been thinking and might go smaller.

Have a good weekend and thanks for the blog visit.

You take the best photos, Kirsty! Papi always makes me smile & I'd have been laying down on the trail with him--haha! Beautiful page!

Awesome! I love your PL pages! Such a fun mix of cards here and I love what you did with the tiny alpha stickers! The silhouette cut photo of Dolce and Papi with the speech bubble really makes me smile!

I remember my dog getting tired on one walk I did have to carry her up a hill. It was to tire her out before either a bath or a vet visit. She's always been amazingly strong.

Beautiful photos, Kirsty, did you ever think that maybe the altitude is why you were all so tired. I had to learn to drink lots of water when we lived in Colorado. They recommend the same for hikers, it adds oxygen to your blood which helps with the tiredness! I am sure that would be why Papi gets so tired! but beautiful hike!
