This week at
Robyn's prompt is
Life is like a box of chocolate;
You never know what you are gonna get.
That is absolutely right!
DH and I love to travel.....
we've been to many places together, and we knew very very well that we are NOT going to have a pet because once the kids are in college, we are free to go anywhere without having to worry about who is going to look after the kids, or pet in this case.
But one sunny Saturday afternoon, when we went to Pier one imports to get some scented candles for the home, something happened.
This little one.....
came into our life....
Yes, it was love at first sight, click HERE if you want to read about the story of how Papi and I met.
So yes, we really do not know what life is going to give us....
from this tiny bits....
to a 15.1 pounder today.....
Life sure gave us some unexpected JOY!
We have cut down our traveling by a lot a lot...
but it is all worth it.

How could you say no to that little puppy?
That's one thing about me, despite logic if I can have a dog I will.

There is just nothing like the unconditional love of a fur baby! They are absolutely the best!
Though getting Papi was an unexpected change, it has also clearly been a WONDERFUL change for you. :)
