I have this idea of making a set of card with just kraft and black lace for the longest time, but every time I am in my craft room, I always ended up something else and put the idea at the back of my mind, do you have the same kind of experience? Somehow, the idea was "stored" there for a long time and make me feels like there's something need to be done, oh well, I think today is the day that I should "dig out" that idea and put it into action
although this is only part of the idea, but at least I get something done today, let's see when I will be able to complete the project and free up that space at that "back of my mind" : o
the sketch that inspired me to get this started is
thanks for stopping by.....

Ooh, I love your idea and LOVE how this looks, Kirsty! Black and kraft is a fabulous pairing. Love the idea of the lace with the rugged kraft. That is so up my shabby-chic lovin' alley!

I'm happy you dug it out, Kirsty, because I love it! Beautiful! And I know the experience. There are just so many nice things to make and do. I keep a craft journal where I write these ideas down, because I would surely forget about them otherwise.
