City Crafter Challenge Blog Week #65 ~ Let the sunshine in!

It's Tuesday again, a NEW challenge for City Crafter!!!!
This week is hosted by lovely and talented Linda
Let the Sunshine in
Yes, we want to see SUN or the word SUN on your project

Here's mine.....

sorry that the SUN is a tiny one.... LOL!

originally, I wanted this (white flower chipboard) to be the SUN

I even painted the center circle chipboard orange but the more I looked, it looked more like a flower instead of a SUN.... : (

oh well.......

This week's prize is a GD spot at City Crafter Challenge Blog, how cool is that?

Our guest designer is Jaime Lee from Malaysia
and don't forget to stop by our DT's blog to see their fabulous work

Have fun creating.........

Wow! I love orange, and i like this modern approach of the card, leaving space open. The aqua border round the photo adds a lovely accent too. This card says: summer fun! Have a lovely day Kirsty! xx

What a great layout with an equally great photo. I love that yellow floral paper.
My computer is down and I'm FORCED to use the Penmaker's laptop...ugh! But I just got my kit and wanted you to know how over the top this is... the best yet. You put in my FAVORITE Pink Paislee papers (good thing, I was almost out again) and some amazing others. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE your kits!!!
HUGH BIG HUGS TO YOU, SWEET KIRSTY!

Hi there, Kirsty! Just wanted to pop by your blog to check out all your fabulous creations and say hello. This layout is really adorable. Love the sweet photo, and the little sun is so sweet. I did think that the white chipboard piece was the sun at first, so I was definitely thinking along the same lines as you. I really like the clean design mixed with the fun paint swipes on the background. Really fun mix. :)

Don't bother about the sun; it's beautiful. Your LO looks so fresh, warm and using orange makes this card even more sunny; love it!
