My Multi-Edge Punch Background

I just love making background with my edge punches, lots and lots of them, if you are here often, I am sure you've seen lots of my cards layered with these lace-like edges, this time I am going full swing with a 12x12 background

This layout I made is for a new challenge blog I found recently
April challenge is Black cardstock with Yellow and Fabric

Here's my take.....

as you can see, I layered lots of different edge punches on black cardstock...

and my fabric is actually from a new pair of stocking my friend bought long time ago and didn't have the guts to put them on.....

and these flowers are the result of the pair of stocking.....

more close-ups

I love this photo taken by the Hudson River with the Manhattan Skyline as backdrop...

Thanks for stopping by today!!!

This is absolutely gorgeous Kirsty! That punching effect with the black is MAGNIFICENT!! Hope you had a wonderful Easter & have a great week ahead!! I will be back when I have more time - to see if you have any other creations I may have missed - it's a public holiday here today (Freedom Day) & we have visitors arriving shortly..Oh and LOVE what you did with the stockings - that's hilarious! But I agree they look really good as flowers & not sure I would have the guts to put them on my legs either :) :)
