I used some of my GOLD self-adhesive paper from the very first PTI Market Kit to cut out the Eiffel Tower, the very fine GOLD trim is also from the same kit....

and the sentiment was stamped with GOLD ink and embossed with clear embossing powder.

When I was in Amsterdam this past summer, I met up with Wendy, we had fun walking the city and when we got hungry, we had lunch at this Japanese restaurant where I found a WORN piece of furniture....

I don't know why is it there but it sure caught my eyes....

one thing I love traveling in Europe, is that everywhere you go, you'll find something vintage just about anywhere... this one in Florence sure looks WORN too....

Brrrr...... it is getting really cold here today, the crazy wind last night destroyed lots of stuff in our backyard, and today is super cold, oh well, it is in the 50s but we are in Vegas, this should not be the case! : (

I love the white embossing over solid color cardstock.....

the flower is a set from PTI called Lace Bouguet, I used PTI cover plate pretty frame die on this card too... 

the sentiment is PTI Mini Blooms Stamp Set...

 I was going to make a few just like Amy, but I really didn't like my own, so I decided to stop at one : (

Busy busy week for me, Clare is here for her recital, I hosted a tea party after and spent 2 days baking and preparing food, and totally forgotten about scheduling my post for....

Strange is the word this week....

so here is the Strange thing about this dog named Coconut

Coconut always has just one ear up whenever you called his name or talking to him....

I don't know much about dogs, but this is sure a Strange thing to me.

PTI Make it Monday #267 ~ Assembly Line Card-Making

The Challenge:

PTI Make it Monday #267 ~ Assembly Line Card-Making

This time of the year, I really like making multiple holiday cards instead of one, so the challenge at PTI Make it Monday is perfect for me.

My first step is to cut 6 of these PTI Tag Sale Quilted Die using kraft cardstock

 
 and then stamp the star (PTI layered postmark holiday) on it with clear ink and then embossed with white embossing powder.
The tiny red heart is a die from PTI Bubble Talk Die.

and the last step is to glue the tag on red cardstock...

and green cardstock....

and kraft cardstock too.....

I think my favorite is the kraft one, what about you?

There's a special challenge at MFT, create a Thank You card for someone, here's my card for a student's grandma, who often order handmade cards from me.

I bought this MFT stamp and die sometime ago and finally get to use it today....

the background is another of my favorite MFT die.....
