My scraps!

I bet many of you will agree with me, we all just so reluctant to throw away our pattern paper scraps (in fact, all kind of scraps) even it is just an one inch square!

Well, I always believe that they will be in GOOD USE someday, see! they really do!

Butterfly Love

Still in the West Coast, getting a lot of work done for my new bought house. But I do have 2 cards to share, which I made a while ago.

I am using PTI stamp, see these little butterflies? Aren't they telling you that Spring is here?

One card Two challenges - (1) The Shabby Tea Room week #2 challenge and (2) Our Creative Corner.


The Shabby Tea Room Challenge this week is "Spring Inspired - With Stitching". I just love it, I love making card with my sewing machine, even means that I have to dig that little thing out from my tiny storing space in this tiny apartment, oh well, after I move to Las Vegas this summer, I will then have my own craft room, it will be a lot easier by then. I am so looking forward to that.


Our Creative Corner challenged us to create a *Spring/Easter* theme card/project.

Here's my take, go visit them and have some fun!

Trying very hard with my limited photography skill, hope you see the stitches, the straight stitches along the outline of the card, and the zigzag stitches on the top and bottom part of the polka dots pattern paper from PTI, oh how I love you PTI!!!


Reduced the size of the image a little, hopefully the close up of the flower look good on the internet.

Easter Treats

I was thinking the past few days, what am I going to have for place card on my Easter table?

Finally, this is what I come out with.

I love M&Ms, and used them a lot, for wedding favor, for teacher's gift, and Easter of course. They have such sweet colors that I cannot resist. I wanted to get some pastel eggs (M&Ms chocolate covered nuts) but the store near my place was out of stock, so I just get pink and purple shades to replace.

And, I am putting this on my Etsy Shop.

This is what you'll get!

4 pink shades pattern paper, all bone-folded

4 Doillies, 4 flowers (embellished and ready to use), 4 clear treat bags (you can fill them with any Easter treats, candies, chocolate cookies etc), and finally, 4 name tags, also embellished, you can place it anywhere you like on that treat bag.

20 items in this set, you are all ready to fill your easter basket, or have it as easter treats, table place card...........

Easter Card for ColourQ Challenge and CPS

Simple and Clean

The card I am sharing today is kind of simple and clean. I was playing around with my PTI "In Bloom" stamp set and this is what I come out with, without too much embellishment, what do you think about this look?
