City Crafter Challenge Blog Week 120 ~ Solid as a Rock

Hi there, it is my turn to host City Crafter Challenge Blog this week

the theme I had for you is

Solid as a Rock

To use only solid color paper on your project, no patterned paper, but you are allow to use other medium and embellishment.

I started with my aqua cardstock and sew around the edges


pick out my favorite picture I took at the Grand Canyon South Rim


start stamping around and playing with acrylic paint as well


next come the title and embellishment


as well as words found in magazine


that's it, no patterned paper used, all cardstock only, but as much fun

    oh wow♥WOW♥wow!!! no wonder you were soooooo very insouciant at the thought of no patterned paper, you knew you had this GLORIOUS photo up your creative sleeve and that you could make a ROCKIN' (no grand canyon pun intended!) (ok, maybe just a LITTLE bit!!!) ;0 layout with it and SOOOOOO you have!!! ♥♥♥
