City Crafter Challenge Blog Week #357 ~ CASE 2

April is the month where City Crafter Challenge Blog celebrate our 7th birthday. Our traditional challenge on our birthday is CASE ME IF YOU CAN!
This week, we have a card from ROS for you to CASE!

You can pick up any element from the card and make one of your own!

I happened to have a new CAT stamp from Newton's Nook, so I am making a card focusing on CAT too!

We also have a prize for one lucky winner, here's the prize package sponsored by Ros.

all you have to do is to link your project at City Crafter Challenge Blog, and then hop around to leave comments at the following blog list.
