I used PTI Framed out #1 die to make the cover plate and stamped with matching mini stamp set, PTI Framed out #1 Mini Stamp Set
I add a little woodgrain texture with this stamp set
and these left-overs strips of paper are perfect for the edges on white cardstock
the flower stamp is PTI anniversary set Bold Bouquet with coordinating dies
