Dolce is home from Paris, this is the first time she met Papi, we had lots of fun last night, and we talked non-stop about her trip overseas, for the past few months, she had been to Rome, Venice, Milan, in Italy, Vatican City (I know, technically is in Rome but it is a country by itself) Seville, Madrid, Barcelona in Spain, Greece, Morocco, London and Paris, oh boy, what a lucky girl she is, to have the opportunity to travel and see the world at age 18, and by the way, she passed her semester with straight As again! I am so proud of my girl.
Ok, today is Sunday, so it is a new word prompt at

COZY/COSY
Is there any word that better described fresh baked bread just came out from the oven?
hmmm..... can you smell it?
ahhhhh..... oooohhhh.....
Ok, the bread is from my oven, yes, but..... I was never good at baking bread, I tried a few times, but me and yeast just can't get along : (
The story behind this lovely loaf is.....
One night, I make a batch of bread, thinking how nice to have fresh baked bread the next morning when we wake up. The next morning, I used half of the dough and followed the instruction faithfully, but.... sigh....
The bread didn't turn out well, that very evening, a friend who visited from New York stopped by our place to have a drink and chat at our backyard, I told him about my bread that didn't turn out right, so with the same dough that I used (I have half of the same dough left), he touched, smelled, and he told me what's the problem, and then he kneed a few minutes, and instantly, the dough just look different
definitely different from what I had last night, but wait, it is the same piece of dough, oh well, my friend is a pastry chef in NYC dahh.....
and then he gives me some instruction, and then next morning
the bread just magically turn out the way it should be, like bread!!!!
Sigh..... if only I know how to bake bread just like him : (
Warm bread in the cold morning, ahhhh... COZY!!!!
Come on and join us
@
can I have please a slice of it for breakfast?
