Create a project with mainly the color white, or off white.
Here's mine
I did a heat embossing with my woodgrain stamp on white cardstock for the background, you probably can't see it from the photo but I do like that the background has little bit of texture instead of just smooth white cardstock.
I just finished my box of yummy cookies I bought from Japan and the packaging material is perfect for this card too.
one oversized beaded button that I hoard for the longest time
add a diecut "birthday" word and embellishments, done!

Your rocked this challenge. So pretty. I still need to put a post together. But we are off again in a little bit. Been out and about so there has been no time to be on my computer. ReplyDeleteMy gosh, this is sooo beautiful! I love, love, love all the crisp whites and you are a true master at creating interest in a monochrome design through texture. The bellum butterfly is stunning. Loving your big old button and the bits of trim and die cuts. The recycled packaging adds a fabulous finishing touch!
