While I am gone traveling again, I would like to leave you with some photos I took at Floyd Lamb Park a while ago....
Floyd Lamp Park is just 15 minutes drive from our place, we love going there for a walk
Inside Floyd Lamb Park, visitors can explore Tule Spring Ranch
Believe it or not, in the 1920s Tule Spring Ranch was set up for prospective divorcees, whom took advantage of Nevada's changing divorce law, guests would wait out the 6 weeks residency requirement to file papers. That was the shortest waiting period in the country.
The ranch became a resort area and was glamorized by divorce-minded movie starts
can you imagine the swimming pool was once here
today, Floyd Lamb Park belongs to the city of Las Vegas
(I am playing with this photo a bit with ippcy)
in the park is that famous white peacock
up the roof he went....
to find his other friend....
oh what a sight....
other cuties in the park...
Did you take time
to
see
the beauty around you today?
