Pixie January Kit ~ Best kind of friends layout

**Edit - I've received emails from 2 of my blog friends telling me that they can't leave comment on my blog, so I checked the setting and noticed that the comment had changed to "registered user" instead of "anyone", I just wonder, is blogger just changed our setting without our permission? I am 100% sure that I did not go into the setting area to do anything, isn't that strange? Anyway, I hope I fixed the problem, thanks for letting me know my friends!**
