My Three Hearts Art Journal
page 1
"The Artist in ME"
I stared the Mixed Media Art Workshop with Christy Tomlinson weeks ago, and just completed my week 1 assignment, 28 videos...
presenting to you today, page 1 of my Three Hearts Art Journal
one precious lesson I learn from those 28 videos - get rid of that perfectionist in me
since young, I am the "color within the line" kind of girl, I like my "art" and other stuff in life to be organized, neat and "within the line", you know what I mean?
everything has to be in order, and I tried very hard to be "the best"
when life gets tougher, and when the numbers in my age gets larger, I learn to be
not so perfect
I learn not to use
I SHOULD
and I learn that
there is no mistake in ART
hope to share with you, more of my Art Journal now that I am going into week 2 of the workshop

ReplyDeleteYeah... I understand about everything having to be perfect. When our kids were growing up, I couldn't even go out the door if the dishes weren't done and everything in order. I still seem to be that way in some areas... but I hope not so much.
