My card is for.......
We were in San Francisco over the weekend for Singapore Day. Many might think that it is Singapore National Day, NO! It is not. Singapore Day is an initiative by Singapore Government, to connect Singaporean all over the world. Singapore government spent a few million on each of these event, bring in the best food from Singapore and local entertainers to attract overseas Singaporean to come together, free food, free door gifts and exhibition on career opportunities back home. I have attended the first one in NYC back in 2007, a Singapore community day 2 years ago in San Francisco and now the 9th Singapore Day again in San Francisco. Our government really take cares of its people and I am proud to be a Singaporean!
Here's a photo we took in front of the Garden by the Bay backdrop at the event, DH all dressed up for the event, look at his glasses, he is proud to be a Singapore Son-in-law!
