City Crafter Challenge Blog Week 309 ~ Balloons

One of the stamp I hardly use is this.....

 

originally, the girl was holding a star, but since the challenge this week at

City Crafter Challenge Blog is BALLOON.....

 
 I am stilling working on the watercoloring background, trying to get it perfect...

    I love the watercolour background and this its perfect. Its a complete contrast to the silhouette figure and works beautifully.
