HERBS
DH doesn't really like herb, so I rarely use them in cooking, but I do have a rosemary plant in our front porch....
Months ago, instead of trimming them and throw them away, I put some in my tomatoes can for decoration, I love the scent of rosemary.
come share with us your story

How fun, Kirsty, I love herbs and grow them because I love smelling them in the garden as well. When cooking I always forget to go cut them, but they are still faithful to me...they continue to grow! Happy Sunday!
ReplyDeleteOne of my favourites too!
ReplyDeleteLove how you have them displayed! So fun!!!!
ReplyDeleteI adore herbs , but, unfortunately, I have not enough place to grow it. Thank you, Kirsty, for sharing These Pictures.
ReplyDeleteI tried growing basil once from a seed. It didn't work out too well. I have no green thumb

ReplyDeleteI love the look as well ;)
Neat photos! Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteMy hubby is the complete opposite. He loves herbs and cooking. (And often adds them to his dishes) He's the main cook in the house now. I can't say that I ever enjoyed cooking that much. So after many years of cooking I've gladly allowed him to take the job! (and I have to admit he is a much better cook than I am!)
Great use of the tins...and it is visually pleasing too.
ReplyDeleteGreat idea, Kirsty--love the look!
