Samra wants us to create a Masculine Birthday Card


I am loving the comic strip set I got not long ago



I have my DH in mind when I make this card, but his birthday will be in January, LOL!


I hope I am able to find this card comes January 2016!

  4. Oh, I love the comic book look of your card. It seems like all the guys in my life (husband, son, dad, brother, etc.) love super heroes, so this card definitely says "masculine" to me. Hm, maybe I should look for that stamp set.

  5. What a super cool card...I can imagine that my grandsons would love it. So sorry that I have been MIA lately. Life at the Mission is hectic and taking priority over blogging and scrapping. I do miss my friends in the computer and the interaction so much xx

  6. Aaah you must be like me then ... I make the cards, I put the cards away till needed and when needed, I cannot find them. Of course, they turn up the minute I've made a replacement!

    This is instantly recognisable as a comic-book style - fun, modern and masculine, and I love the way you've used pattern here.

  9. OMGosh, I LOVE this, Kirsty! The comic book look is just SO fun, and you found the MOST perfect papers to go along! All those dots are the perfect look for comic book illustrations. Really loving the little blocks, too. Genius!

  13. Fun card with all the elements perfectly put together! I know what you mean about finding a card when it's time to be given. I finally have 3 separate boxes by category, so hopefully I can find what I need to mail!
