Here's the inspiration photo
I lined the stripes on the smaller piece of white cardstock, layered it with vellum to tone it down and then stitch the four sides

the burlap flower was cut with the above flower die, paint it the day before and let it dry before I pair them up with another handmade flower

I love the way you used the vellum to soften the stripes! This is such a beautiful affect! And your flowers are so gorgeous! Wonderful creations! :)
