PTI June Blog Hop Challenge

Papertrey Ink June Blog Hop Challenge

Here's the inspiration photo

Here's my card......


I started with this cover plate, cut them twice, once with white cardstock and the second with black


I lined the stripes on the smaller piece of white cardstock, layered it with vellum to tone it down and then stitch the four sides

the burlap flower was cut with the above flower die, paint it the day before and let it dry before I pair them up with another handmade flower

 the sentiment is another die from PTI

I really like it, do you?

    I love the way you used the vellum to soften the stripes! This is such a beautiful affect! And your flowers are so gorgeous! Wonderful creations! :)
