Our Beautiful World 100 ~ Lunch

This week at



the word is....

LUNCH


we have been doing a lot of chicken salad LUNCH lately, all because I am now able to bake bread, YAY!


remember just not so long ago, I was frustrated that making bread is hard for me... but not anymore!

this 40 minutes bread recipe is DH's favorite, we have lots of LUNCH with this because I can wake up at 10 am and still get this fresh for LUNCH.


other bread recipe like this white bread loaf takes a bit more time though, because it needs to proof twice.


this sausage rolls are very popular in Asian, when DH had hot dog, I would use the rest of the sausage for this...

    Yes it is making me hungry and I'm about to go to bed!!!(after midnight here!) I could almost smell that bread baking - fabulous pics!!

    Great job on your baking! Yeast never wants to cooperate with me, except when I use a bread machine, so I am impressed by your baking skills. And yes, I am hungry now. :)

    Yes, your wonderful photo's indeed make me hungry...a girl after my own heart, love getting up at 10:00! Just wish I did not have to get up at 6:30 and fix breakfast first!
