PTI Make it Monday #210 ~ Using Vellum to Soften Patterns

The Challenge:



I dig out the old paper pad I had and haven't use for a long time and work with the fairly new PTI dies


after I painted the chipboard bird, I decided to give some polka dots using the following stamp set


this PTI stamp set is pretty old but I think I use it quite a lot


I only realized when I see this photo, that I should stamp on the sentiment as well since I have the matching stamp set still in it's case un-touch!

    Gorgeous card, Kirsty! What an interesting bird with the polka dots! The vellum really softens the background...so pretty! And, great sentiment!:-)

    Oh, this is fabulous, Kirsty! I love the natural, organic feel to this design, and absolutely LOVE how the vellum look over that paper. The polka dots on the bird just make me smile, too!

    Kirsty, this is so pretty! From the PTI paper to the stamped bird with the leaves grounding it, to the wonderful swoosh die in white... love it all!
