    Thank you so much for visiting and for your very sweet comment Kirsty, it was so appreciated and lovely to affirm that I/we are not alone in our predicament/s! I do hope you can take some comfort in this. I know I do. In fact I have been feeling much better of late and can only put it down mostly to my change in eating habits. So maybe a road for you to go down if you don't already eat well. Just a thought.
